My recent experience with Ciano Florist proved to be a very good one. I ordered an arrangement on line to be delivered to my friend and it was beautiful! There was a double charge on my statement and with only one call, Renzo, went out of his way to correct the error. I received a full refund for the extra charge. I will definitely order my flowers from Ciano again!
